The food production labs at AIHMAS are well equipped and designed with the latest commercial equipment used in five-star hotels to provide good and advanced training to students, making them efficient chefs. We have well-equipped four training kitchens: the basic training kitchen, the advanced training kitchen, the quantity food kitchen, and the bakery and confectionery kitchen.

Restaurants are a key part of the hotel industry. The restaurant, with a seating capacity of 24 people, is tastefully designed. The training setup also includes a uniquely designed bar. BAR is designed according to international standards and fully equipped as per the latest five-star standards to help students master all aspects of operational training and bar operations.
Accommodation operations are one of the major areas of a hotel. We have a housekeeping lab and training guest room with three fixture bathrooms to help students master all aspects of training with the latest equipment.
The front office is the first and foremost point of contact for any guest. Proper courtesy and etiquette are essential for front-office executives. This trains them on all aspects of guest management—check-ins and checkouts, desk management, POS operations, property management systems, etc.—along with having knowledge of various languages.
We have a well-equipped computer lab with high-speed internet and the latest systems for all students, where we train our students on the latest hospitality software.
